February, 16 2017: Rybak Companies transports and sets tank car at REACT facility for emergency response training purposes.  CP, UP, BNSF, CN and Wenck Associates all present for the addition of the second tank car at the state of the art Regional Emergency All-Climate Training Center located at the Volk Field Air National Guard Base in Camp Douglas, WI.
